PUNCTUALITY + SHOOT EXTENSIONS
Punctuality is essential to the smooth running of ZAO Photography services. Hence, there is a 20 minute grace period.
Clients who arrive later than 20 minutes after the start time will be charged at the hourly rate at the time of the shoot. Any lateness will result in an extension to the delivery date.
Equipment set up is included in the duration of all bookings. ZAO Photography is not liable for any unforeseen delays beyond their control (such as travel or weather conditions).
Clients can extend their shoot duration based on ZAO Photography's availability. This will be charged at an additional hourly rate, in addition to the cost of other factors (such as studio or travel costs).
There may be a charge to reschedule bookings that require extensive travel or location bookings.
DEPOSITS + REFUNDS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings at least 2 weeks before the booking date.
Deposits will be deducted from your final balance. The balance will be due on the day of the final shoot or event. No photos or videos will be released until the final payment is received.
Deposits will not be refunded upon cancellation after deposits have been received.
DELIVERY
Delivery details will be communicated via the booking summary. Delivery will normally be between 1 and 4 weeks depending on the service booked.
Clients with specific delivery needs must complete their booking with enough time.
Unedited/RAW files will not be provided to the client in any circumstance. The client may request for additional or re-edits as required. This may result in an extension of the delivery date and is dependent on ZAO Photography availability.
PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP
Everyone working on behalf of ZAO Photography is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful and collaborative professional relationship with the client. Clients working or collaborating with ZAO Photography must communicate respectfully and courteously at all times. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, or inappropriate language toward ZAO Photography team members will not be tolerated. If it is perceived that clients are going against this, the booking will be terminated immediately and there will be no refunds or compensations made. In extreme cases, legal action may be taken to settle the dispute.
COPYRIGHTS AND USAGE
ZAO Photography will collect and store the client’s personal data (e.g. names, contact details, photos and videos) for service provision purposes. ZAO Photography will take reasonable steps to ensure these details remain secure throughout the transaction.
ZAO Photography retains full rights to all photos and videos produced by ZAO Photography team members and equipment. ZAO Photography shares these rights with the client once the full payment has been received and a positive working relationship has been maintained.
ZAO Photography may use photos and videos to showcase their work on their website and social media. Clients are required to opt our of this at the booking stage of their service. Where there is no objection, consent will be assumed and photos and videos will be used for the above purposes.
